OUR HISTORY & SUCCESS

After decades at brokerages that joined vast, corporate conglomerates, Marti Tyler, Katie Redhead, and Alec McAlister founded Tyler Redhead & McAlister Real Estate in 2011 to provide the community with a small, classy alternative in selling homes. Their vision was to create a boutique firm that utilizes the latest technologies while still providing old-fashioned customer service. To achieve that vision, they challenged themselves to compile a team of the most skilled, dedicated, and experienced Realtors in the business. Their vision became a reality. Since inception, the TR&M sales team has increased to 38 agents. Annual sales dollar volume has increased to more than $168 million dollars. All while their brokers set the bar on excellence in residential real estate for the Greater Greensboro Area, with an annual sales-per-agent average of $4.7 million.

In October of 2020, Tyler Redhead & McAlister joined forces with Leonard Ryden Burr of Winston-Salem. Sharing similar cultures and vision, TR&M and LRB now serve the Triad as one company with 126 agents and account for over $500 million in annual sales. We are the largest locally owned real estate firm in the Triad with offices in Greensboro, Winston-Salem and Asheboro.
